The cologne they made for me was discontinued years ago, and the last time I wore it or even smelled it was in the late 1990’s. What they sent me was identical to what I remember. I was amazed. I highly recommend Fragrance Revival.

After receiving my initial bottle which smelled different from the original fragrance. I contacted the co. and they happily mailed me a kit (you spray a little of the original fragrance in a small vile and return it with a prepaid postage stamp). The new remix of my sample was exactly what I sent them. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again. (The first spray is now used as a room deodorizer).

Regarding customer service, I had no issues with them, they returned my e-mail within a couple of days and when I followed up they also responded within a timely manner. They delivered on what they promised!

All calls to 800 number go to recording. Say will call back in 24 hr. Max. Took them MORE than 48 hrs. To respond. Once I spoke to a very nice person rest of experience was WONDERFUL. Just slow to respond to initial call. Have done business with them before and am very satisfied with their product. Would recommend them, but you must have patience for a call back.

I did order. It smells nice but dissipates very quickly as if I have no scent on at all. What can I do?

I have used Spark by Liz since 2003. For some reason they have discontinued this scent. Every perfume site I have visited to try ordering is “out” & I resigned myself to finding a new “favorite” scent. My sister happened upon Fragrance Revival and told me about it. I was desperate and went on site, ordered (it is sooooo easy) and within a short time my mailbox was blessed with my 3.4 oz bottle as well as a second bottle on the way! I LOVE IT! Perfume is one of my essentials, as all women know perfume can be our best accessory and it must be right. When I saw Fragrance Revival advertisement and read the reviews I was very intrigued. I ordered a Jo Malone fragrance reproduction as it was one of my favorites, and Fragrance Revival does not use alcohol so I was excited to have a long wearing more fragrant version of the original. I did receive the perfume, but it was not very strong nor longwearing. I reached out to them and they re-made the fragrance and shipped it via Fed-Ex. I am pleased with the end result. The only thing I would suggest to Fragrance Revival is to be sure to send the customer’s email that order has been received and is being made. This is where I had a problem with Fragrance Revival in the beginning, but once they answered my emails things went much more smoothly. I look forward to ordering more fragrance from them.

Fragrance Revival was the only place I could find my grandmother’s perfume scent for her 80th birthday. That was the only request that she had made and it was exactly as she loved it. The scented lotion was perfect compliment for the personalized bottle. It arrived about 2.5 weeks after I ordered it, just in time for her party. I know what I will be getting her in the future for her gifts.
