The staff are very nice courteous, prompt in responding, and helping to finalize what is needed. The products, are the best, they work hard to produce very difficult to find perfume, also very skilful in producing whatever I am looking for, and whatever I wanted to be created just for me. I commend them very much. And would refer them to anyone who is so specific in what kind of perfume he likes.

Oh Wow! This is the third bottle of Interlude I have ordered and truthfully, I was disappointed with the first two. I have worn this fragrance for 40 years, and so I know what it should smell like. Today I received my third bottle and 3 times must be the charm, because Fragrance Revival has hit the ball out of the park! This Interlude is about as close as you can get to the original and I am THRILLED! I am a customer for life! Thank you, thank you for continuing to reformulate until you got it perfect.

I always loved Boucheron Saphir and was bummed when they stopped producing it. I saw this website and wasnt sure if they could really match it. They can and I am so happy with my fragrance! I may try another favorite, Deneuve, next time.

Everything went as expected. Only complaint is after processing order, pop up to get a second bottle at half price. But this doesnt happen until you complete the order, making you process a second order to get the second bottle. I was going to get it but backed out after I saw that. Otherwise was a normal transaction.

I have to say I was skeptical after having read some negative reviews but considering most reviews were extremely positive… I thought, let me give it shot and I am glad I did! I’ll be honest, I haven’t smelled this scent in a very long time but when I opened the box and put the bottle to my nose I literally told my partner, “Wow, this smells just like I remember!” I absolutely love it. I have purchased a “signature scent” for my daughter for several years(something new they created for me from a description) this year I was late and they rushed me my order in time for Christmas… unfortunately something went wrong and the scent was awful. I contacted them and requested a return. They said don’t bother to return, we will send you a replacement… free of charge… and if it isn’t to your liking we will send another. No questions asked, easy as pie. This isn’t my first time ordering and this is the 1st time it wasn’t perfect. I just received my new bottle, and no surprise it was perfect. I will happily reorder it for as long as it is available. Their customer service was also top notch. For years my boyfriend has spoken about is love for RL Chaps, which went off the market 20 years ago. It was what he wore in his 20’s. I ordered it for his birthday. He sprayed it on his arm and a grin like the Grinch on Christmas morning came on his face, then his daughter (26 years old) ran over and smelled him and she smiled and said “Wow I was 5 years old again for a minute, that’s the smell of my Dad”.
