I received my fragrance last week end. It smelled just like the Eau de London by Yardley that I wore back in 1969. Thank you sooo much “Scentmakers”. I’m in Heaven.

I took her up on trying a new bottle and I’m so happy I did. She did not quit until I was satisfied. The best customer service experience ever.

I requested to have a match made of one of my favorite perfumes that had been discontinued years ago. The match they created was not identical, but after the initial fragrance mellowed, I could detect my favorite scent. I am pleased to be able to once again wear the scent I have loved for years. I also had several email exchanges with their customer support, which responded very promptly and did whatever they could to accommodate my request.

Susan Johnson and her team tried several times to make a scent that is no longer made. Just when we thought there was no hope, I found a purse spray and sent it to them. Just received today the new scent based on my spray… OUTSTANDING!

I originally ordered Millenium by Avon. I received my order and it did not smell anything like the originsl. I emailed the company to let them know. They responded promptly with a few options. Make it again, try another or full refund. I decided to go with a different scent. I got it and it is marvelous. Just want to say, this company has the best customer service i have ever dealt with. I’m thrilled with perfume they created for just ME… I sent tiny sample of body cream that smelled terrific and they reproduced it. My husband loves the perfume and the lotion they created. I have to go on Ebay to find her scent, and now when I can find it, instead of $35 to $50 per 4oz it is up to $250 to $500 a bottle. How happy I was to be able to get 2-2oz bottles 2- 4oz bottles plus 1 body lotion. And one 4oz bottle cane in a personlized bottle. What probably would have cost me 6 or $700, I was able to buy fro this site for less than $120. Couldn’t be happier with this site, delivery, service and scent was perfect. I was so excited to see my favorite perfume on their list. I’ve been looking for 40 years. I placed an order on their user friendly web site and received my very pretty bottle in no time. The ordering process was very easy! It was easy to go through the list of discontinued scents (which was SUPER hefty, not in a bad way of course) and pick the bottle you wanted. The variety of scents is amazing and has really made a lot of people happy, including me!
