I have a scent I want matched and created, how does this work?

Simply select your fragrance and we do the rest. Give us a few days to put the perfume together and allow the perfume oils to mix properly and work their magic.

What is the price?

Most fragrances are between $79.99 and $129.99 for a 3.4 oz bottle. We are currently running summer sales, so many fragrances are up to 50% off. The 3.4 oz. bottle is known as a large bottle in the fragrance industry. Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 (currently free on special).

Are you sure you can match my perfume/cologne?

No, we have about an 85% success rate overall. We are not always successful on the first try and 15% of customers will need more help or a refund. What we WILL do is keep TRYING AND WORKING until you are satisfied OR refund you at ANY time in the process. We’ll send you up to 3 additional free bottles tweaking and adjusting the scent for you. At any time you can ask for a refund if you are unhappy with the results or the process. On top of that you never have to return anything to receive the refund.

Can I always reorder?

Yes we keep your order information on file forever so that we can always provide you the exact same fragrance. Just check Yes next to the box above that says “Is This A Repeat Order”.

Do you need a sample?

Sometimes. We will contact you if we need a sample. We usually try the first time without a sample, but if you are unhappy we may request to match a sample that you have (free of charge).

Why was my fragrance discontinued?

What ingredients do you use?

Our philosophy is to provide the minimum number of ingredients to make a terrific fragrance. We also think it’s good to be clear about what we put in the bottle. Modern fragrances can contain over 300 ingredients! Why? Through tricks of chemistry it’s cheaper to make the fragrance with these chemicals than it is to use straight perfume oils, which are expensive. We have taken a different route.

Our only ingredients are: Fragrance, Perfumer’s Alcohol, and Isopropyl Myristate. That’s it. They are all regarded as perfectly safe for humans. If you’d like to find out about each ingredient and why it’s included you can click HERE.

Our fragrances are both vegan and sustainable. We do not test on animals.

How long will the scent last?

It depend on the strength you choose and the original fragrance. Most Eau De Parfum strength fragrances last 8 to 12 hours after being sprayed.

Is it illegal to copy a scent?

No, definitely not! All fragrances are in the public domain, no one can own a scent or a fragrance (imagine if a company owned the scent of vanilla for instance). We also make every effort to make sure customers realize they are NOT buying the original fragrance, but rather a scent that is nearly identical but in a completely different bottle. We also focus on discontinued fragrances which companies have left for dead anyway.

How Long Does it Take?

We ship 99% of our fragrances within 5 business days of when they are ordered. Shipping takes from 2 to 4 business days depending on the method chosen and your location. We do find that about 1% of the fragrances ordered are very difficult matches and in those cases we may need up to 3 weeks to match the scent. If you need the fragrance by a certain date it’s best if you contact us after ordering so we can make proper accommodations.

Where do you ship?

We ship to anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally.

How do you handle refunds on sale or promotional items?

We generally would refund the price you paid for the item in full. So on a BOGO deal we would refund half the purchase price for each bottle. This would be after we tried, at our own expense, to continue to revise the scent should you desire.

Can I make a custom perfume of my own?

You can, please visit www.scentcrafters.com, a company owned by our Head Perfumer Angela and her sister Taylor. Scentcrafters allows you to choose the scents you want in your own custom fragrance.
