You decide the fragrance smells like the original, or it’s FREE!

We are not always successful in the eyes of our customers. About 1 in 5 customers do not like their fragrance. While we do strive to do better, that’s the reality of what we do and we are happy about helping those who do get their fragrance back.

We will work with you to get it right. If you have a sample you can send we can try again at no charge to you (perhaps ours is off). We can also provide a full refund with no return necesssary. Many people elect to get store credit and try another scent instead. We do have an alternative where we can try again without a sample too. There are many options we can and will try to make you happy! In the end you get to decide the best way.

Chances are though you won’t even need to discuss a refund and you’ll be so happy with the fragrance we send.
