I was afraid I’d never be able to use my favorite scent again. Thanks to Fragrance Revival not only do I have my favorite scent but it’s also in a bath gel! The customer service is excellent and if the result wasn’t what I wanted they be happy to help me get an exact match. Win-win situation.

I’ve been looking for a replacement for the hole left in my heart when the original Miss Dior Cherie was discontinued. Tried 100s of perfumes but none compared. But I have it again!! The recreation from Fragrance Revival is perfect. My heart is complete again! Will be coming back forever.

A cheap old fragrance from when I was a teenager went off the shelves years ago. So long ago that none are available for purchase anywhere online – been searching for over a year and cannot locate a single bottle. I decided to try this company and see what happened. The fragrance was American Eagle Alive and they listed it here, so I ordered a bottle. The one I received was terrible! Smelled completely off from Alive and not even good…BUT that’s where the beauty of this company came in! I contacted them and described what I felt was wrong with it and what scent it should have. They immediately made alterations to the formula and sent me 3 small bottles to give them feedback. 2 weren’t great but one was pretty close to what I wanted. After explaining my desires for the scent they went right ahead and made the requested changes. I am still awaiting the next set of samples but decided to write this review in the meantime because this level of customer service is not seen anymore. Ultimately I am confident that we will create the perfect scent together and at the end of the process I will have a custom made fragrance that will help others looking for the same. Very friendly correspondence and absolute commitment in working towards a satisfying product – I can’t praise them enough!

I have to tell you all that this place is amazing. I saw their ad on Facebook and decided to take a chance on them. A company in Gaylord, MI can’t be all that bad right!:-) Especially when I’m born and raised in Michigan!

I have always loved the scent Cherry Vanilla and thought lets see if they can recreate it. Well I got the bottle and it was a lot more cherry than vanilla. So I contacted them and they were amazing. They gave me a few options on what I can do. Having them try and recreate it was at the top of my list. So I talked to them and told them how they can tweak it and I have to tell you that I got my new bottle today and it is AMAZING! Now they will have this scent on file for me for as long as they are in business. Which I hope is forever! If you have a scent that they no longer make and you miss I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fragrance Revival. They are the best!

I ordered a replica bottle of Champs Elysee cologne. It’s a very special and sentimental scent for me. I was devastated when I discovered that they stopped making it. I did a google search and discovered Fragrance Rival. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain so I placed an order. The perfume smells nothing like the original. It smells strongly of old lady perfume. I have a small bottle of the original still and it isn’t similar at all.

I had been searching for years for a perfume I had back in high school (Gathering Storm by Nene Thomas) with no luck. Then I stumbled upon Fragrance Revival who has replicated it! After reading over their business information, I had the thought it seems that most of us had at first: “Really? This deal seems too good to be true. Nobody does business like that anymore.” But the overwhelming evidence of positive reviews convinced me I wasn’t alone in my initial hesitance and to give it a try anyway.

I ordered a bottle, but when it arrived, was disappointed to find that, while I think the scent was pretty close, something about it was not agreeing with my nose at all. I tried giving it a few days to see if the first spray was a fluke, but I just couldn’t stand the smell of it. Now was the moment of truth – I contacted Marilyn at customer support and explained my dilemma. She kindly gave me a few options about how we could resolve it, and instead of opting for the refund, I chose first to try another scent for free (the refund was still available if try #2 didn’t work out). I described to her the scent of a candle that I love the smell of (New Holland Rose beeswax candles by Galanta & Co.) and she recommended trying Rose Barbare by Guerlain, offering that I could adjust the scent if needed. All for free! I decided to try it, and was SO excited that, when this bottle arrived, it was PERFECT! I couldn’t believe how great of a match it was! It probably sounds silly, but the smell was so lovely I started spraying it all over my room and my clothes! The Fragrance Revival folks are truly scent artists and their customer service is beyond compare! They’ve certainly made a loyal customer out of me! Thank you so much, Fragrance Revival! smells like original BUT why charge almost as much as a retr perfume or what if we st want a dupe of a current?? thats a lot of $$$$$!?

30 years ago, I bought a bottle of your perfume. It was simply self titled “Carl Lagerfeld”. I loved it. It was woodsy, with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla scent. I typically used it in the winter. It lasted for years (about 25!). Then, during a move, the bottle broke. I was sad.

I tried and tried to find it again, with no luck. I tried your “classic”, but it did not compare. I had a fragrance clerk at Macy’s try to help me find it, we searched on line, nothing. But I got so lucky when my daughter was in Las Vegas, California, she found your store. We ordered it, and, Voila! You sent me my desire. Maybe not exactly the same, but so close. I actually like it better. And it seems softer, so I can wear it in all seasons.

This company is over the top in customer service. They could not duplicate my requested scent and returned my money and let me keep the perfume. And did it politely. I will use them again and recommend them highly.
