Most times I order over my phone it is complicated

Doing the ordering here was easy and no problems what’s so ever.

Just received our perfume 3 days ago and my mom hasn’t stopped wearing it since… Will definitely order again!

Everything went as expected. Only complaint is after processing order, pop up to get a second bottle at half price. But this doesnt happen until you complete the order, making you process a second order to get the second bottle. I was going to get it but backed out after I saw that. Otherwise was a normal transaction.

I have to say I was skeptical after having read some negative reviews but considering most reviews were extremely positive… I thought, let me give it shot and I am glad I did! I’ll be honest, I haven’t smelled this scent in a very long time but when I opened the box and put the bottle to my nose I literally told my partner, “Wow, this smells just like I remember!” I absolutely love it. So to anyone who is wanting to order the Ultima II UII Shear Scent… do it. You won’t regret it.

Just ordered my bottle of “Escada Pacific Paradise” that I’ve desperately missed since I had it back in 2006. Cheapest authentic 3.4 oz bottle online is $200 & thrilled to try this & see how well they can match it. Customer service immediately sent me the “2nd identical bottle for $19.99 with your shipment” offer & e-mailed them back to accept. Responded back to me 3 times & had my order completed within 20 mins…Fantastic service! Can’t wait to get them!

I have purchased a “signature scent” for my daughter for several years(something new they created for me from a description) this year I was late and they rushed me my order in time for Christmas… unfortunately something went wrong and the scent was awful. I contacted them and requested a return. They said don’t bother to return, we will send you a replacement… free of charge… and if it isn’t to your liking we will send another. No questions asked, easy as pie. This isn’t my first time ordering and this is the 1st time it wasn’t perfect. I just received my new bottle, and no surprise it was perfect. Thank you Fragrance Revival for your customer service. I will be back for YEARS TO COME.

My scent was perfect and it stays on with very little product used. I was nervous after reading so many bad product and company reviews but I must say this company is AAAAAA++++. My first order from Fragrance Revival was for a fragrance I loved when I was young adult. The fragrance I received was exactly as I remember it! I will happily reorder it for as long as it is available. Their customer service was also top notch. I received frequent status updates, even with it shipping in a short time after my order was received. I highly recommend this company for duplicating fragrances that are no longer available.

For years my boyfriend has spoken about is love for RL Chaps, which went off the market 20 years ago. It was what he wore in his 20’s. I ordered it for his birthday. He sprayed it on his arm and a grin like the Grinch on Christmas morning came on his face, then his daughter (26 years old) ran over and smelled him and she smiled and said “Wow I was 5 years old again for a minute, that’s the smell of my Dad”. Smells are so connected to memories. While I was not there for his 20’s it was nice to get to witness them have a little flashback. Thanks!

It’s been years since my last bottle of Earth ran out, but Fragrance Revival has brought it back. When my adult daughter came for a visit, she recognized it right away. It’s expensive–but since I haven’t worn any scent since Earth disappeared, I figure I can indulge myself!

I not only received my products in time for my Sister’s Birthday, which I cannot Thank you enough for, but she was ecstatic with the personalized packaging and the overall fragrance you created.

I started using Fragrance Revival 4 years ago to replace Aura of Patchouli by Caswell Massey that I used for years.

I found Fragrance Revival and was thrilled when I saw Estee Pure Fragrance available. It smells just like the original and I love the personalized label on the bottle.
