I am so pleased with my order, smells like I remember when I wore it as a young woman in the 70s. Great shipping speed, great product!

On December 21 2016 I placed an order for Straw Hat by Faberge. Initially we were disappointed and thought that the scent was different. Scentmaster graciously gave us a refund without our even asking.

Later I found an original bottle of the perfume and gave it to her for her birthday. She opened it and found it was the same as what Scentmaster had provided 2 years earlier. Turns out, they properly duplicated the scent.it was her memory of the scent (and her taste in perfume) that had changed!

Even though they were right on the mark in duplicating the scent, they gave us a refund without any objection. It’s great to deal with a reputable company that provides a great service and treats their customers generously.

My experience with Fragrance Revival has been really excellent. When I furnished them with a sample of the original scent, Prince Matchabelli’s Aviance Night Musk, they really nailed it! I thought I would have to give up on my favorite scent forever, but am so pleased that I decided to give Fragrance Revival a try. I will be a customer for life!

I ordered a “match” for Alyssa Ashley Civet Oil that I loved years ago. My perfume arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. However, the fragrance was nothing at all like I remembered and was not one that smelled good on me at all, or that I particularly liked. This company, though, is absolutely fantastic! True to their guarantee, within a very short time of emailing them and requesting a refund, my Pay Pal account was credited! There is no requirement to return the fragrance, so I will see if some of my family can use it. I would DEFINITELY do business with this company again!

Nothing in the world like finding something that you thought was lost forever. This version of Thyme Unlimited Sleep Well fragrance is beautifully dreamy and lulling. Nothing compares to it on freshly laundered bedding. Sadly last two batches were significantly different in both color and scent. Previous batch was almost amber and had a more exquisite scent. Current purchase was clear and slightly less expensive smelling. Fragrance team must find and utilize previous formula. Nevertheless, even inferior formulation is still so close to original that I’m compelled to rate it very highly.

I got the cologne last night after I got home from work. I still have a tiny bit of the original left, and did a test with my 17 year old daughter, and was amazed at how very close the two are. What I had left was perfume, and bought the cologne. The scents are so very close to being identical. The undertones were exact, but the perfume from the original had a slight over tone but I do not know what the scent is that I smell first with it. I am beyond thrilled to have found Fragrance Revival.

The cologne they made for me was discontinued years ago, and the last time I wore it or even smelled it was in the late 1990’s. What they sent me was identical to what I remember. I was amazed. I highly recommend Fragrance Revival.

After receiving my initial bottle which smelled different from the original fragrance. I contacted the co. and they happily mailed me a kit (you spray a little of the original fragrance in a small vile and return it with a prepaid postage stamp). The new remix of my sample was exactly what I sent them. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again. (The first spray is now used as a room deodorizer).

Regarding customer service, I had no issues with them, they returned my e-mail within a couple of days and when I followed up they also responded within a timely manner. They delivered on what they promised!
