I’ve been looking for a fragrance – long ago discontinued – for a long time. Finally found it through Fragrance Revival. Delighted!

They did their best and the result was an unexpected surprise. I thought I would give them a try for Signoricci 2 by Nina Ricci. Their attempt was a good one but not what I remembered. When I wrote back to them they offered to try 3 more versions to see if one of them came close. The 3 new versions were also not what I remembered but one of them was a delightful new fragrance and matched my body chemistry perfectly. I told them that this was a winner and they sent me a replacement of it as well as a travel size. All in all this was a pleasant and positive experience and I recommend anyone who likes to smell good give them a try. You may not get exactly what you were looking for. You may get something better!

I received my perfume today, and… the second attempt is absolutely amazing! The scent is even better than the original it has a slightly sweeter note that I had always wished the original scent had. I love it. They hit it out of the park. Outstanding personalized customer service.

I came across this company when I was searching for perfumes similar to my favorite that had been discontinued. Spring Fever by Origins. The first bottle of perfume that arrived didn’t smell like the original, so i emailed the company and they immediately responded. They offered several options, either a refund, or offer to remake the scent. I opted to have them remake the scent. The new perfume arrived super fast, and smells like the Spring Fever I remember. This company has excellent customer service and I will order from them again!

Their customer service is top notch! Even though they do not ship outside the US, they offered alternative options if I really want to order. I never came across a small business with such awesome customer support.

I have asked Fragrance Revival to duplicate the original Drakkar (before Drakkar Noir). This Drakkar was very popular in the 70s and 80s and was discontinued in the early 90s. Fragrance Revival worked on reproducing the scent and sent me the product. The result was not matching at all, however, it had a hint of the original Drakkar. I sent them an email stating that I would be willing to work with them and send them a sample until we get it right. I am glad to say that Fragrance Revival worked with me until they got the scent very similar to Drakkar original, they even sent me a replacement for free to replace the product that I was not happy about. I am so pleased with the level of the prompt customer service, the professionalism and the outstanding skills and service, I have received. First class team and product and honorable people. I am their customer for life and I also ordered fragrance oil and perfume of the original Drakkar. Cannot wait to try it on.

The service with Fragrance Revival was very good and they kept me apprised of the progress. I wanted a copy of Sentiment by Escada which has been discontinued for some time.

The good: I love the scent they created, it is very nice and I will be ordering some more bottles of it.

The bad: While it is very nice – it does not come close to Sentiment by Escada.

I still have about 12 bottles of it and tried it side by side – it is a very different scent than Sentiment by Escada.

The one they created has notes of the original but there is no way you would mistake one for the other.

I will be ordering more of the scent they created though in the next few days.

Very impressed. This isn’t just about the perfume either. I ordered my favorite scent that was discontinued about 10 years ago. Fragrance Revival sent me the bottle they made and it really did not match my favorite. I let them know and the following is the main reason for the five rating. They exceeded my expectations by giving me a few options. Refund, try to match scent again or pick a totally new scent to have made. They also stated I do not need to send back the other bottle, which I should mention does smell good, it just didn’t match my choice scent., So my daughter now has some new perfume. Haha I chose the retry and today I received my second bottle and it is a perfect match of my favorite. Takes me way back and almost brought tears to my eyes as this particular scent was first purchased for me by my father only a week before he passed away. This scent holds a deep rooted special place in my heart because of that and I thought the ability to have it was gone for good. This company did a great job matching my scent and provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend and I definitely will be a return customer.

Found this business on the web and ordered a discontinued scent. When the fragrance arrived my girlfriend had a mishap – the bottle was left in the map pocket of one of her car doors and somehow fractured, spilling the fragrance. I contacted Fragrance Revival by email and received a prompt response from Susan Johnson, Customer Service Manager. Susan offered to replace or refund our purchase and promptly followed through. They were able to create a very close match to my favorite discontinued perfume; Envy by Gucci. I’m very happy!

Ordered “Trouble” for my mom last year and it came in perfect time and she loved it! I regret that I didn’t have anything written on the bottle at all. I thought they would at least print the name of the scent on it, but I guess you get nothing if you don’t put anything there for them to print. I just thought that was like for including a gift note or something. She still loved it, and that’s what matters!

There are no negatives I can say, only positives.

The scent is a perfect match, my wife’s happy. This shipping was fast. Customer service kept me updated without me having to ask a single question and followed u p after delivery even. I am a customer for life now, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who’s looking for that perfume which they remember and cannot find anymore because it’s not being produced anymore.

My husband had Victoria made for me as a Christmas present because it’s the cologne I wore when we met. It’s as lovely as I remember and it lasts a long time after application which surprised me. My mom has been talking about this perfume since I was a kid. It was her favorite smell and was so sad that she could never find it again. Years ago I bought her one from eBay that was old and had lost most of its smell. This knocked it out of the park. She is so happy to have her favorite smell back.

I don’t know about other perfumes but they have my. Fendi down. Perfect. Oh happy day. Perfect match, lovely glass bottle. 100% pleased. I will brag about this site and reorder as needed. Oh, you get to name you perfume. Mine is ” sex in a bottle” lol
