I ordered a discontinued scent to be matched (PHOENIX by Keith Urban)> The cologne I received did not match the scent very well. I emailed Fragrance Revival requesting a refund. They offered to remake the scent or send me a new match for another cologne. I decided to give them another chance to make a different scent. I requested TWILIGHT WOODS for men by Bath and Bodyworks. It arrived quickly in the mail and is a perfect match for this scent. I really appreciate the fact that this company went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with their product. I will definitely use this company again if I ever need a cologne matched!

It seems that they were able to duplicate my favorite perfume/cologne: Royal Secret.

I had my doubts that the custom scent concocted for me at an event could be matched but I truly love it so I gave Fragrance Revival a try. They were meticulous and took extra time to evaluate and order additional ingredients. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process alerting me that this was a difficult match to make. In the end the product they delivered was great! The bottles were lovely. On first sniff I could tell there was a slight difference so I compared the original to the match… OK – keep in mind this is a completely original scent I am trying to have matched and not a known brand name perfume! But, yes, on first sniff there was a difference – the original seemed to have a deeper, richer first sniff – BUT once on my wrist and definitely after a couple of minutes the two scents were virtually identical. Not sure how that works I am very happy with the end result!

I ordered two scents so far from 1970’s, Essence Rare and Sensai and both were spot on and I am very happy with them. Will definitely reorder!

I was looking for a gift for by best friend’s 60th birthday and I remembered that she like Anne Pliska perfume. When I went to Nordstrom’s they told me it was not longer in production. I went to my source for all products AMAZON, and they directed me to Fragrance Revival. I was pleasantly surprised that the perfume smelled just like Anne Pliska. I really like the option of choosing your own bottle and personalization of the bottle. My friend was ecstatic to have her favorite scent and a personalized bottle. I had a few questions and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely use Fragrance Revival again.

I requested to have a match made of one of my favorite perfumes that had been discontinued years ago. The match they created was not identical, but after the initial fragrance mellowed, I could detect my favorite scent. I am pleased to be able to once again wear the scent I have loved for years. I originally ordered Millenium by Avon. I received my order and it did not smell anything like the originsl. I emailed the company to let them know. They responded promptly with a few options.
