packing ok one bottle leaked some does not smell like hai karate and has very oily fell somewhat disappointed but i thought I’d gamble

So I used to use Play Intense by Givenchy and then they discontinued it and I was so sad. I am extremely picky with fragrances as it takes me hours at the fragrance section to just choose one. So I kept trying to find others I liked and I would find some but would find myself changing. However, I found this site and I tried it and… WOW!!!! not exact exact but close enough that I am in love with it and I will be ordering again. Thank you so much for bringing my fragrance back.

I was actually worried that the order wouldn’t get here in time, then worried it wouldn’t get here at all because I couldn’t see any progress with my order. However, I contacted customer service and they were so great to help! I also received the order earlier than promised and the cologne smells great. Now to give it as a gift and see what he thinks! I sent back a fragrance 3 times, it just wasn’t right, they asked if I would like a refund or to try anything else. They remade a fragrance I had purchased a few years ago. Right on the mark again. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. This is the third time i have purchased with Fragrance Revival, and they are just amazing. Their customer service reaches right out and is fantastic as well.

For starters, the bottle leaked during transit, and the cap was bent out of shape, so I guess it was handled roughly. I don’t know the fragrance myself. I purchased it for my mother because it was her favorite perfume and is no longer sold, but according to my mother, it smelled nothing like the original and she was disappointed, because I spent +$100 on it and because of the leak, it got all over my hands.

I’ll give it props, though. I got it on me at approximately 11 am and it’s currently 1:30 PM and still smells strong despite me working outdoors.

The bottle was neatly packaged in a black drawstring bag… however it had leaked all over the bag, the box. AND…. It smells NOTHING like the original Marc Jacobs. It smelled like some cheap

Dime store perfume… right in the trash!!

I just received my new scent as a replacement for a previous sent that I was not pleased with. This scent is absolutely amazing! I know that I have found my sink company forever!

Years ago my wife found a perfume that we LOVED, we were able to get one bottle then BOOM it was discontinued. Fortunately i found this site. The fragrance was “rebel” by francesca’s. When i tell you that i cant tell the difference i mean it! We even have the old bottle so i could compare. I am more than happy

I ordered oddity by rag and bone for my husband’s birthday, it arrived at the set time it was supposed to exactly on his birthday and he opened it to disappointment, the perfume had leaked everywhere and it smelled absolutely nothing like oddity, i expect a full refund as i don’t trust this company to re mix this cologne

I have yet to receive my bottle, which I’m confident will smell just like my favorite discontinued scent, but I HAD to make mention of the PHENOMENAL customer kind service I’ve had along the way. Fragrance Revival seems like a friend helping me to get this perfume. They have been kind, generous and accommodating every step of the way. More companies should take lessons from how they treat clients. Exclusively and carefully. I’m really looking forward to receiving the scent I ordered which I’m obsessed with! I have worked in animal agriculture for 40+ years. I have experience with flavors / aromas in cattle feeds. Luckily, I found this site. Royal Blue was discontinued. Had not worn cologne for years. The revival of this scent is accurate (had a small amount saved of original). Obviously a satisfied boomer. Thanks again.

Their product does not smell ANYTHING like Marc Jacobs Oh Lola as this company claims it would. Their fragrance to attempt to match this cologne was soooo horrendous, that it made myself and my co-workers nauseous just lifting the lid off the bottle. Attempting to get a refund and the company is trying to get me to keep this horrendous smelling bottle or try to match it. 🤢🤮Refund has been released twice without success. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau as well.

The scent I loved since the early 70’s was called Galore. I sent in my choice, they created it and I got it. It was that simple. So grateful I found this innovative company! I will purchase again from them for sure.

I was excited when I heard that Fragrance revival had my favorite cologne on their available list. My favorite cologne, that is discontinued, is by Van Clef & Arpel. I was a little disappointed because it fell short of the original. The original is substantially more intense. I do not get the same feeling when wearing the FR version. A lot of effort went into making a match, it’s almost there. Is it because I did not order with pheromones? I would not seek to return it because I believe FR tried to deliver.

Would the pheromones have made a difference in the pop/intensity?

I ordered two different scents from this company. One was spot on and the other one not so much. I reached out in the company kept in contact with me to recreate another fragrance. They truly took their time and went above and beyond when I would have ever thought or expected. They are very personable, professional, and very good people running this company. I am forever going to be a lifelong customer!

I ordered Magic by Celine and received it today. It smells just like I remember! And as a bonus, it seems to be lasting longer on my skin than the original. Sooooo glad I decided to give them a try!

I ordered essentia of duende which is usually a very light scent. When my order arrived and I tried it, the scent was so heavy and flowery I couldn’t wear it. My husband said it smells like an old woman perfume. Not happy with my purchase.

I ordered Versace Woman Summer and I’m so happy! It smells lovely and fresh. You guys knocked it out of the park!

Order the Kirra by Pacsun mens cologne. Unfortunately it was a complete miss. The scent is very weak. Smells more like hand sanitizer and soap. After while it has a very very faint smell
