Very impressed. This isn’t just about the perfume either. I ordered my favorite scent that was discontinued about 10 years ago. Fragrance Revival sent me the bottle they made and it really did not match my favorite. I let them know and the following is the main reason for the five rating. They exceeded my expectations by giving me a few options. Refund, try to match scent again or pick a totally new scent to have made. They also stated I do not need to send back the other bottle, which I should mention does smell good, it just didn’t match my choice scent., So my daughter now has some new perfume. Haha I chose the retry and today I received my second bottle and it is a perfect match of my favorite. Takes me way back and almost brought tears to my eyes as this particular scent was first purchased for me by my father only a week before he passed away. This scent holds a deep rooted special place in my heart because of that and I thought the ability to have it was gone for good. This company did a great job matching my scent and provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend and I definitely will be a return customer.

Ordered “Trouble” for my mom last year and it came in perfect time and she loved it! I regret that I didn’t have anything written on the bottle at all. I thought they would at least print the name of the scent on it, but I guess you get nothing if you don’t put anything there for them to print. I just thought that was like for including a gift note or something. She still loved it, and that’s what matters!

My mom has been talking about this perfume since I was a kid. It was her favorite smell and was so sad that she could never find it again. Years ago I bought her one from eBay that was old and had lost most of its smell. This knocked it out of the park. She is so happy to have her favorite smell back.

THE BEST Customer service EVER! My wife tasked me with finding Boucheron Trouble for her. That fragrance has been gone since 2012 or something. I figured, ebay should be easy enough. Well, it is if you want to drop $200 on a used one! I happened upon Fragrance Revival and ordered a 3.3 oz copy of Trouble and it showed up after a few weeks. Unfortunately, my wife said it didn’t smell quite the same but I contacted Fragrance Revival and they tried 3 more times after my wife explaining how it was different. Now, my wife isn’t the greatest with words so I knew they had no chance of replicating it and making her happy, but the fact that they went above and beyond to try was awesome. Ultimately, we ended up returning them for a refund but I would absolutely give them another shot. They are great folks that stand by their work! A++!

The customer service is excellent and the products are amazing. Bought two perfumes that are no longer available in the market. Scent marchers were able to replicate the smell, we will definitely order again from this site.

Best smell in the world and I love it so much.

So for nearly twenty years off and on I had been searching for one of my top three favorite colognes “Woods by Abercrombie and Fitch”. Late nineties I had discovered it and fell in love with the scent. Then, it just disappeared.

For years I searched online. Finally it began showing up for over $200. More research told me they had discontinued it. I was sad to say the least. During that search I discovered this website here. THEY HAD RE-CREATED IT!

I took a chance and ordered. It was under $100 and they were at the time offering a free travel size. I wasn’t sure what to expect for under a hundred after seeing what the actual stuff was worth now but I took a chance.
